How does the monthly payment work?
You approve the plan once with a card, UPI AutoPay or a bank e-mandate through Razorpay. After that it is charged automatically each period, and a paid GST invoice appears in your account every time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Plans section of your account. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Are prices shown with GST?
For clients in India, prices are shown before 18% GST and the total charged is shown below each price. Clients outside India pay no Indian GST (export of services).
What if a payment fails?
Razorpay retries automatically and emails you a link to update your payment method. Your service continues while we sort it out together.
Can I pay a project in instalments?
Yes. We can split a project fee into fixed monthly instalments, charged automatically. Ask us and we will add the instalment plan to your account.
