ATI Sutra, a brand of ATI Global, provides digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping charges apply.

How services are delivered

Websites, apps and software are delivered online: by making them live on your domain or app store account, and by handing over access details and files by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery timelines

Typical timelines, counted from the day we receive your advance and all required content:

• Starter website: 7 days
• Catalogue or online store: 2 to 3 weeks
• Business app: 4 to 8 weeks
• Custom business software: 4 to 10 weeks
• Automation and AI: 1 to 2 weeks
• MVP for founders: 4 to 8 weeks

The delivery date for your project is the one stated in your written quote.

Delays

Timelines depend on receiving content, approvals and feedback from you on time. Delays on these, changes to the scope, and review times at third parties such as app stores and payment gateways will extend the delivery date. We will tell you as soon as we expect a delay.

Care plan

Care plan services start on the day your project goes live and continue monthly until cancelled.
