Order and contract management
Sales orders with quality, width, GSM, shade and lot, linked to the buyer, the rate and the delivery date.
ATI Sutra / Textile ERP software
For mills, traders, exporters and buying houses
Orders, fabric and yarn inventory, production stages, dispatch and billing in one system shaped around how your business already works. Not a generic ERP with textile words pasted on.
The usual problem
Metres, kilos, pieces, bales and rolls in one order, with shade, lot and width. Most ERPs expect one unit per item.
Staff skip a system that takes ten screens to log one dispatch, so the real data stays in WhatsApp.
Changing a big ERP to match your process needs consultants and months of work.
When half the data lives outside the system, the dashboard is wrong and people go back to Excel.
Built by textile people
We’re part of a textile group with in-house experts in sourcing, pattern making and garment development. The stages, approvals and paperwork in your tracker match how a real Indian factory works, so suppliers actually use it.
What we build
Start with the module that hurts most, then add the rest as your team gets used to it.
Sales orders with quality, width, GSM, shade and lot, linked to the buyer, the rate and the delivery date.
Stock by quality, lot, shade and location, in metres, kilos or rolls, with reserved and free stock shown separately.
Stages from yarn to greige to processing to finished goods, including work sent to outside units.
Sample requests, swatch dispatch, buyer comments and approvals in one history per style or quality.
Packing lists, challans and invoices from the same order data, with GST fields for India and export documents for overseas buyers.
Simple screens in English, Hindi or Tamil so supervisors update stages and stock in seconds.
Pricing
Starting prices in US dollars, plus 18% GST. Change currency at the top. Your fixed quote follows a 20-minute call.

Proof
Our founder first built an orders and dispatch system for his own textile business. It now runs daily operations across thousands of SKUs and several mills.

Yes. Indian GST fields on invoices and challans, and packing lists and commercial invoices for export orders. Your accountant can keep using Tally or your current accounts software; we export to it.
A first module is usually live in 4 to 10 weeks. We release in phases so your team uses the system early and we adjust it with real feedback.
You do, once it is paid for. You get the source code and every login, and you can host it on your own cloud account if you prefer.
